You can cover a major chunk of Madhya Pradesh within two weeks. You can spend a day or two days each in Indore, Bhopal, Ujjain and Gwalior. You can spend an entire day in Ujjain exploring different temples. In Indore and Bhopal, you can explore heritage sites, visit museums and picnic by the scenic waterfalls. In Bhopal, you can enjoy a day out at Upper Lake which offers a perfect getaway from chaotic city sounds. Bhopal is well connected to different hill stations in Madhya Pradesh. You can end your trip by spending a day or two at Pachmarhi hill station enjoying trekking, sightseeing and rejuvenating amidst nature. 


Cuisine
  • Cuisine of Madhya Pradesh is a divine mixture of Uttar Pradesh cuisine, Maharashtra cuisine and its own tribal flavours. Rice is more popular in the south whereas wheat is used in the north.
